3. You would like to pay less in premiums by buying insurance with lifetime or annual limits on coverage? Tough. Health insurers will no longer be able to offer such policies, even if that is what customers prefer. (Section 2711).

You know how you pick and choose your auto coverage? Things like limited tort or full tort or the size of the deductible you are willing to pay are decisions you make with your spouse or for yourself based on what YOU decide is best for you and your lifestyle. They also help keep the prices down as insurers try to combat the MILLIONS in false claims they have to pay out every year.

I see the scams every day in my line of work. Every time a mass transit bus or train gets TAPPED we have fifteen people claiming neck and back pain. They all want to be transported to the emergency room as if they just hit the Lotto even though there isn’t a DAMN thing wrong with them. It’s a full-blown scam as they go right to the lawyers office from the E.R.  If Obama really wanted to do something to fix our health care system he would have addressed tort reform and instituted STIFF penalties for fraudulent claims.

He didn’t. After all this bill isn’t actually about fixing anything. It’s just an expansion of government and a brand new colossal entitlement program designed to create government dependence so the democrats can control more voters. Duh.

Exactly, when a strong central government controls everything, you get less choices. Just wait until they get single payer through. The old Soviet Union is coming to America. You stand in line for size 9 shoes even though you wear size 7 because that is all they are giving out. No choices.
