That’s right I forgot all those open, honest and fair DEBATES the wack-o left has engaged in on the subject. Oh yeah I forgot how many non-global warming affiliated scientists have had to STEP DOWN for improper conduct, falsifying data, hiding data, obstructing contrary research or just plain lying. I also forgot how coercive the non-global warming scientists are with all their name calling or how much GRANT MONEY is tied up in the global warming fraud.
Oops! I forgot the memo. It’s not GLOBAL WARMING anymore…it’s CLIMATE CHANGE. Riiiiiight. That way when it get’s cold, that will be man made too and we can still subsidize China, Mexico and India while our economy is destroyed or is it re-built with GREEN JOBS? If you aren’t bright enough to know a scam when you see one then there is little I can do to help you. Tell me who is going to make sure the Chinese abide by ANY treaty on carbon emissions? Your kidding me with that one right… seriously?
The facts are that ONE volcanic eruption spews more shit into the air that all the SUV’s in the world running full blast 24-7 for a year and somehow the Earth has survived lot’s of them without San Fran sliding into the Bay. If only.
I guess when the next Ice Age hits the left will be telling us all to DRIVE MORE OFTEN!

YOU ARE A LIBERAL and a dumb one at that. Show me where in the Constitution the passage is that accords ANYTHING to non US citizens, foreign terrorists, or enemy combatants captured on a battlefield!
You are not deserving of your rights because you are too stupid to understand them. Do us all a favor and go preach civil rights in the Muslim country of your choosing. The federal civil courts are NO PLACE for enemy combatants taken on ANY battlefield.

The Constitution is not a suicide pact. Speaking of the Constitution you don’t even know enough about it to quote it correctly. The phrase you cite is taken from the Declaration of Independence:

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.

You are a terrorist enabler. Did your parents have any children who lived?

I’m not a liberal, I’m an anti-fascist, and you sir, are a Fascist. Get out of my country! You are not an American and you have no claim to call yourself such. You are an enemy of the Constitution which requires DUE PROCESS for all people, because certain rights are UN-A-LIENABLE. In my opinion, seeking to undermine the Constitution (as you are doing) is TREASON. Those who would trade essential freedom for a little temporary security DESERVE NEITHER. That’s a veiled threat leveled at you by a real American named Benjamin Franklin, do you get it?

The U.N. has discovered the value of beating the Global Warming drum as a pathway to global wealth redistribution. Make the “rich” nations pay the “poor” nations for all the warming they have created. Tell the lie often enough, so that enough people will believe it. Sound familiar? If it works for the envirofacists in the U.S., it’ll work just as well around the world!
